Our team of experienced and skilled mechanics use only genuine OEM parts in the rebuild process, and all of our OEM remanufactured final drives are rebuilt to factory specifications and rigorously tested.
Every individual final drive is fully dismantled, then cleaned and fully inspected. Any part that does not meet OEM specifications is replaced, including bearings. New D-cone seals are installed. The final drive is reassembled, with every bolt and nut torqued back according to factory specifications.
Where the propel motor is internal to the final drive, the propel motor is fully rebuilt and inspected. Pistons and cylinders are replaced as needed. The complete propel motor is resealed and professionally re-installed into the final drive and torqued back according to factory specifications.
